[Coin World] On July 16 (UTC+8), Cantor Fitzgerald's SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) Cantor Equity Partners is in the final stage of negotiations with Bitcoin early pioneer and Blockstream CEO Adam Back regarding a Bitcoin acquisition deal valued at $3 billion to $4 billion. If the deal is finalized, it will mark another significant move for Cantor in the digital asset space following its first Bitcoin financing deal with Maple Finance and FalconX in May.
