Hong Kong is preparing for the issuance of the third batch of government bonds.
The Hong Kong government announced the issuance of two batches of encrypted green bonds in 2023 and 2025. Currently, the third batch is being prepared as a periodic issuance and will also be exempt from stamp duty for transactions involving encrypted ETFs.
Hong Kong also plans to promote the encryption of real assets such as precious metals, non-ferrous metals, and solar panels.
